SURF is proud to financially and technically support so many important survivor-led organisations.
It is a role we take very seriously and we are always striving to strengthen what SURF can offer by building up our staff and resources.
We train, develop and support staff from SURF and also from our partners.
And we are constantly innovating and being resourceful so we can ensure we acquire enough core funding to keep on supporting those partners.
In the UK we work to ensure survivors living there are properly represented in our work and we try to empower UK survivors to advocate for themselves and SURF’s work.
We have also developed hardship grants for them and we’ve developed relationships with allied organisations such as WMRCA to help organise genocide commemoration events in the UK.
