There might be many reasons why you choose to fundraise, and there are many ways to do so:
- You may be taking part in any organised event to raise money, such as the Virgin London Marathon.
- You may be organising your own event or setting a personal goal, such as a sponsored silence or losing weight.
- You may be fundraising to mark a special occasion, such as a birthday or anniversary.
- You may be fundraising for someone special, because it is close to a loved one’s heart.
The easiest way to collect funds (and ensure that we are able to collect Gift Aid from eligible donations) is through setting up a fundraising page on Crowdfunder, which you can do here, by searching for Survivors Fund.
However, you may also choose to collect funds by asking for donations directly through our website, and asking for donors to leave a message to indicate that they are donating in honour of you.
Whatever way you choose to raise funds for Survivors Fund (SURF), your support will be greatly appreciated! Feel free to let us know through our facebook page or message us @SurvivorsFund on twitter.
