Emilienne Kambibi is the Senior Counsellor and Key Social Worker for Survivors Fund (SURF), and leads our counselling work for our partner Foundation Rwanda. She has a Postgraduate Certificate in counselling from the College of Medicine and Health Sciences and a Bachelors Degree in Sociology. Before joining SURF she worked with AVEGA Agahozo and African Rights. Emilienne has very broad experience in working psychological support programs. She has supported the setting up of many of the counselling programs at SURF.
