Raban Havugimana joined SURF in 2012 and is now our Programme Manager with a special interest in monitoring and evaluation. He has worked on a number of data collection and analysis assignments before joining SURF. He helps to manange a number of our critical programmes, including our Youth Economic Empowerment Projects with AERG and GAERG, and our Empowering Vulnerable Genocide Widows programmes with AVEGA. Raban has a master’s degree in development studies from Mount Kenya University.
