Samantha is an advanced PhD student at The Strassler Center for Holocaust and Genocide Studies, Clark University and a Graduate Research Fellow at Harvard Law School. She was formerly a Fulbright Scholar in Rwanda. Her research focuses on human security in post-conflict societies, memorialization practices initiated by states and survivors.
