About the author: Eugene Ndagijimana was born on August 1981, in the Eastern Province of Rwanda. Both his parents and two of his brothers were killed during the Genocide against the Tutsi in April 1994. After the genocide he was fostered by the nuns of the LSJC when he was 13. He studied Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering at the Kigali Institute of Science and Technology (KIST), and has an MBA from the University of Kigali, specialising in project management.
