We are proud to announce the electronic publication of the SURF Annual Report 2011, which presents an overview of our work over the past year.

With your continuing support we have achieved much, despite the challenging climate. Our work ahead is to build on this strong foundation to deliver even greater support to genocide survivors in Rwanda. As I have noted previously, and in our current supporter’s newsletter, we are committing more time and resources this year to an advocacy campaign calling on reparation for survivors. However, this will not deflect from our ongoing project work, which we highlight in the review section of the Annual Report.

We are grateful to Ngaire Ackerley and Liam Dempsey of lbdesign for laying out the report, and to Drew Sutton of niceimages for principal photography. I also would like to acknowledge the contribution of two of our volunteers, Katherine Goldsmith and Matthew Betts, who helped with the proofreading of the report.
