Through the support of the Good Gifts Catalogue we have been able to procure, configure and operationalise a new Mobile Library in Rwanda which will make books available to children in primary and secondary schools initially across Kigali, and then hopefully further afield too. The vehicle is electric, and as such is cost-efficient and environmentally-friendly.
As schools are now open again following the various closures resulting from COVID-19 over the past 18 months, the library will provide a great resource for young people who otherwise would not have access to any books.Through the new Good Gifts website, you too can now can contribute to setting up new mobile libraries as well as equipping them with new books for more children across Rwanda to access.
